Note*.  Shipment Timing- Two Day, Three and 5 Day Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. 

UPS And USPS

The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States.

Shipment Timing- Two Day, Three and 5 Day Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. Please note that UPS only delivers Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Do not include Saturday and Sunday when estimating UPS shipment delivery. 

Special Shipping Notes- Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping times are approximate. Embezzled Metals is open Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Shipping fees for orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated and charged at different rates. 

First Class USPS – US Post Office-  Please be aware that delivery on this shipping option may take longer.

International Shipping Notes- International shipments are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Embezzled Metals Jewelry and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

VAT & International Duties- For U.S. orders, sales tax will be calculated at checkout. For non-U.S. orders, Embezzled Metals does not collect sales tax. The purchaser is regarded as an importer and must comply with the laws and requirements of the country in which they are receiving the products. The customer will be responsible for the cost of any customs duties and/or sales taxes related to their Embezzled Metals jewelry shipment.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.  We will gladly accept your timely return.  EmbezzledMetals.com will accept eligible items for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must include original Embezzled Metals packaging with tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Custom pieces and Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. Shipping and processing charges on returned items will not be refunded. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

All returns/claims require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To claim yours, follow these simple steps:

      1-  Send an email to Katie@Embezzledmetals.com

      2-  Indicate your name, order # and phone number

      3- Wait for your Return Authorization ( RA ) number, sent via email

      4- Please include a copy of your RA inside the package and make sure the RA Number is written clearly on the outside of the package. 

Please Note: For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier ( i.e, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post ) and    retain your receipt. Embezzled Metals is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
