Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will gladly accept your timely return. EmbezzledMetals.com will accept eligible items for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must returned within 14 days of delivery. You need to include your original Embezzled Metals packaging with tags and item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or Clearance items
- Used items, unless defective.
Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit back to your original form of payment, and a copy of your credit will be sent by email. Shipping and processing charges on returned items will not be refunded. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

All returns/claims require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To claim yours, follow these simple steps:
1- Send an email to Katie@Embezzledmetals.com
2- Indicate your name, order # and phone number
3- Wait for your Return Authorization ( RA ) number, sent via email
4- Please include a copy of your RA inside the package and make sure the RA Number is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Please Note: For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier ( i.e, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post ) and retain your receipt. Embezzled Metals is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
