This stunning hand-forged ring showcases a magnificent rhodochrosite cabochon set in an artisanal sterling silver band. The stone’s mesmerizing pink and cream marbled patterns create a dreamy, cloud-like appearance that captures light beautifully from every angle. Each swirl and band within the rhodochrosite tells its own story, making this piece as unique as the person who wears it.
The intricate silver work, with decorative elements that flow organically around the stone’s serrated bezel setting. The substantial band features elaborate detailing that speaks to hours of careful hand-forging, creating a ring that’s both bold and feminine. Known as the “Stone of the Compassionate Heart,” rhodochrosite is believed to encourage self-love and emotional healing, making this ring not just a beautiful accessory, but a meaningful talisman for the heart.

I use many processes to create my pieces. I usually start with sterling silver or gold sheet and/or sterling silver wire (or also Gold filled) and forge it with hammers, saws, stamps, hydraulic press, etc. and all most always, there is a silversmithing torch involved. It is absolutely mesmerizing watching metal move, melt or fuse. I use genuine stones, unless noted and mainly sterling silver, but also love other metals like gold filled, gold bronze and I especially love pure gold when price isn't an issue for my customer. Sometimes I even play with brass or german silver when requested. I absolutely love making jewelry and am so happy I get to do this for a living. I hope you enjoy wearing it as much as I enjoyed making it. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see additional photos. Thank you for looking.
